We take great care in delivering your products safely and efficiently.  We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 to deliver our packages, and aim to ship your order within 3 working days. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please note that due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not ship outside of the UK.

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, so we offer a full refund if your product arrives damaged. Just send us photographs of the damage and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. If you want to return the product for any other reason, you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to return it safely and unused to us at your own cost. Please contact us via email for more information about returning products.

Our postal boxes are made from reused boxes, which means you'll often receive a uniquely crafted box when you order from us.
